' Created together with the management of the Munich Airport subsidiary a gastronomy concept concerning the high standards of passenger communication in the English & German language.
A training concept, including cultural awareness of the International passenger and the high-end customer needs and demands of an international Airport. The Intercultural workshops, etiquette training as well as English & German seminars concerning the exact needs of the human resources as well as the passenger in a premium gastronomy environment. This project has been established together with the management team and has proven a long term quality management standard that has provided a sustainable quality standard in the gastronomy subsidiary at the Munich International Airport.
That was proven by the Skytrax award for the best individual catering services and the Kempinski Hotel at the Munich Airport as the best hotel services and standards. The award was estimated by the passengers travelling at the best catering & hotel services in Europe and the 4th best in the world. '
